The first own office
The 3 founders move into the 145 m² office in the Kastanienallee 89 in Prenzlauer Berg.
First employees and the publication of the Webmaster Tools E-Book
In July the first employee joins the TA team, which expands the business activities with a link marketing/outreach department.
Trust Agents is growing
By mid 2013 Trust Agents over 15 employees are consulting 35 customers in the SEO and outreach department. The own toolset (internal and external) is being continuously expanded.
Due to their growth Trust Agents moves to Berlin-Mitte, Neue Schönhauser Str. 19, in a 245 m² in January 2014.
First contract in the editorial/ content marketing department
Tchibo becomes the first customer in the content marketing and editorial department. This cooperation, which by now consists of several projects, still exists today.
After only one year Trust Agents moves again. They move into a 790m² office in Friedrichshain, Friedenstr.91a.
Trust Agents becomes one of the few to get a BVDW certification in the area SEO. This BVDW certificate gets renewed on a yearly basis.
Technical SEO book gets published
The 3 founders publish a comprehensive book regarding technical search engine optimisation named “Technisches SEO: Mit nachhaltiger Suchmaschinenoptimierung zum Erfolg.
Chairman supports growth course:
Johannes Grabisch supports Trust Agents since 2015 as chairman. The digital strategist has long-standing international experience in a variety of management positions - at Beiersdorf, Kaufhof/Metro, Lycos/Bertelsmann and Fitness First.
According to the Gründerszene-Ranking 2015, Trust Agents is the fastest growing online marketing agency in Germany.
First customer in the performance marketing:
Through a successful pitch Trust Agents is able to acquire the first performance marketing customer with a media budget of over 2 mio. euro per year. the customer is being consulted and assisted in the search, social paid and native advertising area.
Management gets bigger:
Beate Müller joins the management as the COO in July 2016, after being Head of Business Operations in the agency for 9 months.
Development of the marketing intelligence department:
Trust Agents expands its portfolio with the department web analysis and marketing intelligence, as well as expanding their individual reporting solution and new internal tools.
7th place in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50
One year after the Gründerszene-Ranking of the fastest growing digital companies in Germany, Trust Agents is also leading the ranks of Deloitte Tech Fast 50 Award.
Trust Agents goes Dept:
After 5 years, Trust Agents becomes part of the international agency network Dept, which is active in many countries, including USA. At this point Trust Agents has ca. 60 employees and has 180 customers.
Second edition of the search console book:
Due to the renaming from Google Webmaster to Google Search Engine, founder Stephan Czysch publishes a renewed version of his book, now titled “SEO mit Google Search Console”.
FT 1000 Ranking:
The financial times confirms it: With a yearly growing rate of 107%, Trust Agents belongs to the top 15% of the fastest growing companies in Europe.
Online marketing book with practical focus gets published
Co-founder Luis Hanemann releases a new practise-oriented book together with Dr. Markus Dirr, named "Something with internet". Valuable experiences from over 20 years in the online marketing industry, as well as a 45 min toolbox will show the reader how to implement successful digital business models.
16th place in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50
Trust Agents manages to be part of the Top 20 companies in the Deloitte "Technology Fast 50 Awards", who rewards the 50 fastest growing companies in Germany in 2017, as measured by the percentage sales growth. FOCUS and Statista also prove: Trust Agents is one of the fastest growing online marketing agencies in Germany.
